Refund Policy

Goods will be returned or exchanged only in case of manufacturing defect and complaint raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Slight colour variations from the picture and product received will not be considered as defect or wrong product. Goods are not permitted for return/exchange/refund unless unedited video proof of shipment damage is provided while opening of parcel for the first time. We will not be responsible for any damage to items received without unboxing of parcel video. Refund will be generated based upon the original payment method in case is not possible. Refund will be generated within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Request for return/exchange/refund need to be raised for damaged product within 24 hours of receipt of parcel. 

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
